Following is the standing agenda for the Iffland Family Reunion

I. Opening Prayer

II. Lunch is served at 1:00PM sharp. Lunch is pot luck and each family member brings their favorite dish.

III. Old business and new business is read, while the kids go off and play games such as sack races, balloon toss!

IV. A softball game is held for those that wish to participate. Both kids and adults are invited to play.

Oh, and don't forget the ice cream!

President - Linnea Strileckis

Main Purpose: To organize the reunion and to run the reunion festivities.
- Organize reunion by contacting all officers to confirm the date of reunion and the duties of all involved.
- Invite family members through flyers, mailings and website with the help of the family webmaster.
- Determine location of reunion in regards to weather
- Help set up on the day of the reunion.
- Preside over reunion and it’s festivities.
- Two year term.

Social Committee - Bri Jewiss & the Goodwin Girls (Amaris, Haley, and Sydney)

Main Purpose: To organize and purchase all materials necessary for the reunion (paper goods, drinks, decorations, etc...) and for organizing food on day of reunion.
- House the Social Committee’s tupperware tubs that belong to the Iffland Reunion.
- Organize all paper goods, etc... left over from last year’s reunion and purchase what goods are needed.
- Set up table settings, drink table and food table on the day of the reunion.
- Organize food as it arrives and uncover food at designated time
- Help organize leftover food and clean up.

Treasurer - Glory Hurtuk

Main Purpose: To keep the financial record of the family reunion accounts.
- Keeping track of the family accounts
- Give report to the family on the reunion day
- Act accordingly to any motions put forth at the family reunion that pertain to the Iffland family accounts.

Secretary - Barb Beebe

Main Purpose: To record the events of the reunion, including any motions put forth at the meeting and to report to the family the following year.
- Organize past reports and give previous report to the webmaster for website.
- Record events on the day of the reunion
- Give report to the family on the day of the reunion of the previous year’s reunion festivities.

Activities/Games - Jason Beach

Main Purpose: To provide activities for children on the day of the reunion.
- Planning games and purchasing prizes.
- Gathering children and organizing games on day of reunion.

Historian - Deb Mason-McCaffrey

Main Purpose: Maintain the history of the Iffland Reunion including pictures and family tree updating.
- Manage the reunion history, archives, and reunion notes
- Manage the picture

Ice Cream - Glory Hurtuk

Webmaster - B Cavello

Main Purpose: Maintain the Iffland Family Reunion web site.
- Keep the website updated

Ancestry.com - Dorenda Nolte

- Respond to requests for access to the family tree
